The general condition of this boat is good. Don't let the exterior dirt run you off. This one can clean up nicely with a pressure wash. It's difficult to keep it clean, given the locating under the canopy of oak trees.
The boat was last hauled in 2013. Some general repairs were made to the pontoons and the bottom was painted. The roof was also replaced in 2013 and the lower unit of the outboard was rebuilt in 2012. More recently, the OB starter and water heater regulator were swapped out, as well.
The boat fully operates on shore power. The oven/stove and water heater are propane driven. When the boat is disconnected from shore power, the fridge will auto switch to propane and the general lighting with run off the battery bank.
All systems are reported to be fully operational.
